Isa Marcano is a Florida-licensed tax attorney who advises ultra-high-net-worth families and closely held businesses on complex tax matters, with a focus on practical strategies that support long-term financial and legacy goals.
Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Isa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. She received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and later completed her LL.M. in Taxation at Georgetown University Law Center, where she concentrated on corporate and international tax planning.
Prior to joining Questmont, Isa practiced in one of the Big Four firms’ M&A tax groups, advising on domestic and cross-border transactions. Her experience includes supporting mergers and acquisitions, business restructurings, and post-transaction planning, as well as reviewing and negotiating transaction documents through a tax-focused lens. She is known for her ability to distill complex tax issues into clear, actionable guidance that clients can rely on with confidence.
Outside of the office, Isa is a devoted Philadelphia Eagles fan and enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Finn. She takes every opportunity to play beach volleyball, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and enjoys traveling whenever she can.
